Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations made under the 24 hour mark (<23:59) will be recorded as a same day cancellation in which the client will be charged for 50% of the service. 

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without any prior notice will be recorded as a no-show. No-show's will be charged 100% of the service and will be banned from any future bookings with Loma Spa.

If a client is running late to their appointment, we strongly advise them to call (408) 252-6852 to notify us, so we can make sure we have the availability and don't run into any other appointments.

We may have to reschedule due to any tardiness over 15 minutes, we will record this as a same day cancellation, and will have to charge 50% of the service missed.

*Refusal to pay will result in being banned from any future bookings with Loma Spa.
